Inside Sales Representative – Telemarketing | Six-Figure Potential

We’re hiring Full-Time Telemarketing Sales Professionals to join our fast-growing team in Birmingham, MI. No experience required — just a strong work ethic, coachability, and the drive to succeed.

Schedule
-Monday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
-Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
✅ No weekends
What You’ll Do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to warm and cold leads
- Present and pitch services with clarity and confidence
- Build relationships with clients and provide excellent support
- Track activity and leads in our CRM system
- Stay informed on gold and silver market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented professionals
- Excellent communicators who can influence, persuade, and close
- Strong work ethic and “no-excuses” mindset
- Military veterans, mortgage/inside sales pros, and career changers encouraged to apply
- Phone sales/telemarketing experience a plus, but not required
