Weekly Pay
Travelers (W2)
- Weekly Pay: Up to $1,280
- Taxable Wages: $480/week
- Non-Taxable Stipend: $800/week (for eligible travelers)

Responsibilities
- Welcome and room adult patients for outpatient visits.
- Obtain and document vital signs, including height, weight, and pulse oximetry.
- Record patient history, medications, and allergies accurately in the EMR.
- Prepare patients for examinations, including positioning and draping.
- Assist providers during examinations and outpatient procedures.
- Perform specimen collection and ensure accurate labeling.
- Complete chart preparation and manage patient authorization forms.
- Schedule patient appointments and coordinate follow-up visits.
- Perform wound care and suture removal as directed.
- Support patients with mobility limitations and physical disabilities.
- Maintain accurate documentation while following clinic policies and patient privacy standards.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience
- Current Washington Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) credential (pending MA-C accepted)
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience in adult outpatient clinic settings
- Experience working with disabled adults and patients requiring physical assistance
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Epic EMR experience highly preferred
- Physiatry (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation) experience preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient care skills
- Reliable personal transportation required
Preferred Experience
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (Physiatry)
- Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS)
- Electromyography (EMG) diagnostic testing
- Botox injection clinics
- Wound care
- Neuromuscular or rehabilitation clinics
- ALS, amputee, or mobility-focused patient populations
