We are currently looking to grow our Junior Marketing Associate team to help in supporting promotional event campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and sales activities at retail and event-based locations. This entry-level role combines face-to-face interactions, brand representation, and customer acquisition, providing valuable hands-on experience in both event marketing and sales. Responsibilities
- Represent client brands at retail locations, promotional events, and community marketing campaigns.
- Engage directly with customers to build brand awareness, generate interest, and create positive customer experiences.
- Educate customers on products and services through one-on-one interactions, presentations, and demonstrations.
- Assist customers with sign-ups, purchases, or inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and results.
- Assist with event setup, promotional displays, and event operations while collaborating with team members to ensure successful campaign execution.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Outgoing and comfortable engaging with new people.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar roles is a plus
