Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our residential property management team in the Rochester/ Owatonna area, performing hands-on repairs and upkeep across a diverse portfolio of apartments, townhomes, and single-family homes. The ideal candidate is a reliable self starter with broad trade knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry. This person need to take pride in delivering quality work and great resident experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner, ensuring high-quality repairs across all property types
- Assist with unit turns, including repairs, painting, and property readiness between residents
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple trades including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry
- Communicate professionally with residents and coordinate with the maintenance team through Property Meld
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Driver's License
- Maintenance Experience
Hours
- 8-5pm Occasional weekends as needed
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
