Commercial Cleaning Project Manager
Overview
J&F Facility Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Cleaning Project Manager to oversee specialty cleaning projects throughout our service area. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage crews, maintain project timelines, and ensure exceptional quality on every job. Position is Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4pm some nights to check and help night project crew with a couple weekends a year
This is a hands on position
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee commercial specialty cleaning projects, including:
- Commercial carpet cleaning
- Construction cleaning
- Pressure washing
- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Lift work
- Floor refinishing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Lead project crews while maintaining high-quality workmanship and productivity.
- Schedule projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Maintain excellent communication with customers and provide professional customer service.
- Perform site inspections and quality control checks.
- Assist with estimating and bidding commercial cleaning projects.
- Train and mentor team members on proper cleaning techniques and company standards.
- Occasionally work evenings to oversee projects and assist night crews as needed.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and project vehicles are kept clean and organized.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning and specialty floor care preferred.
- Experience with carpet cleaning equipment, floor refinishing, window cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.
- Strong leadership and crew management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Outstanding customer service and public relations skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive a company truck and pull a trailer safely.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites and work occasional nights and weekends.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,200.00 per year
