We are currently seeking a Full-time Payroll/Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility!
Primary Duties:
- Coordinate all employee benefits by acting as the liaison between Payroll Dept & Benefits Administrator. Respond to employee requests about payroll matters.
- Collect and review employee time records for compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in updating employee payroll records by entering changes in benefit coverage, direct deposits, etc.
- Import new hire data into the payroll system.
- Prepare employee verification inquiries for agencies, disability, and unemployment claims.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping the information confidential.
- Screen and potential interview employees.
- Facilitate company culture, values, and policies.
- Monitor and maintain HR compliance for new hires and existing staff

- Maintain organization within the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
- Previous experience in Human Resources and Payroll
- Knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational and communication skills
