The Opportunity
This is a highly operational, hands-on role focused on patient recruitment. Success requires proactive outreach, direct patient engagement, and close collaboration with site teams to move patients efficiently through the enrollment pipeline.
We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented operator to execute and optimize patient recruitment across our clinical trials.
You will play a key role in driving patient enrollment across multiple sites and therapeutic areas—directly impacting study timelines, site performance, and company revenue.
We are actively investing in AI-driven tools and automation to enhance and scale recruitment. This role will support the implementation and optimization of these tools in day-to-day recruitment workflows.

What You’ll Own
Patient Recruitment Strategy & Execution
- Build and scale a repeatable patient recruitment engine across all studies and sites
- Own enrollment targets and drive accountability across the organization
- Design and optimize multi-channel recruitment strategies (digital, physician referral, EMR mining, community outreach)
- Continuously test, iterate, and improve conversion funnels
- Quickly learn and navigate various EMRs to identify and engage eligible patients
Growth & Performance Management
- Track and report on key metrics: leads, conversion rates, enrollment timelines, cost per patient
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions quickly
- Partner with leadership to forecast enrollment and align with study timelines
Site & CRC Enablement
- Partner closely with CRCs and site teams to ensure recruitment plans are actionable and executed effectively
- Build playbooks, scripts, and workflows to drive consistency across sites
- Help drive accountability and consistency across sites
Marketing + Sales Hybrid Execution
- Develop compelling patient-facing messaging and campaigns
- Think like a salesperson: urgency, follow-up, conversion
- Optimize patient journey from first touch to enrollment
Who You Are

Preferred Experience
- 3–5+ years in patient recruitment, growth, sales, or performance marketing
- Clinical research experience required
- Fluency in CTMS (RealTime preferred)
- Experience operating across multiple sites or markets preferred
- Experience with EMR-driven recruitment and patient outreach strategies
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding performance targets
