We're looking for an experienced professional to help manage and grow our ambassador and influencer program.
This is not a general customer service position.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in:
- Influencer Marketing
- Brand Ambassador Programs
- Affiliate Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Community Management
- Creator/Influencer Outreach
Experience utilizing Influencer Hero, Superfiliate, or similar influencer/affiliate management platforms is strongly preferred.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and engage influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors who align with our brand.
- Manage ambassador relationships from onboarding through ongoing engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ambassadors and influencer partners.
- Track ambassador activity, deliverables, and communications.
- Coordinate campaigns and ensure ambassadors are meeting program expectations.
- Partner with marketing leadership to expand and improve ambassador initiatives.
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM records.
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, ambassador programs, affiliate marketing, community management, or a related marketing role.
- Experience communicating with influencers, creators, affiliates, or brand ambassadors.
- Comfortable conducting outreach and building professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with Influencer Hero, Superfiliate, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing ambassador, affiliate, or creator programs.
- Marketing degree or related professional experience.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
