Job Overview
As L&H Companies continues to grow, we are seeking motivated and skilled Field Installation Technicians to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time opportunity for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship, teamwork, and delivering high-quality results in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

Install a variety of sign types, including illuminated and non-illuminated signage such as pylon, pole, monument, channel letters, ADA and interior lobby signage

Operate with minimal supervision while upholding quality standards and meeting deadlines

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times

Interact courteously and professionally with clients, contractors, suppliers and team members

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

Provide excellent customer service throughout the installation process
Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License (CDL Class A or B preferred or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge of basic and advanced electrical safety practices
-
Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs. and work at varying heights
-
Strong hand-eye coordination and general physical stamina
-
Familiarity with construction hardware and hand/power tools

Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and site plans
-
Flexibility to work outside standard business hours and travel as needed

Prior experience in sign installation or a related field is highly desirable

Willingness to cross-train in other areas of the business

OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong team player with a positive, professional attitude
