**Now Hiring: Pool Supervisor / Field Technician** We're looking for a reliable, hands-on **Pool Supervisor / Field Guy** to join our team. This position is for someone who knows pools, can manage jobs in the field, and keep crews and projects moving the right way. **Responsibilities include:**- Overseeing pool construction/service work in the field- Managing crews and daily job progress- Checking quality of work and making sure jobs are done correctly- Communicating with homeowners, subcontractors, and office staff- Picking up/delivering materials as needed- Troubleshooting issues on-site- Keeping jobs clean, organized, and on schedule **Requirements:**- Pool construction or pool service experience preferred- Must be dependable and able to work independently- Strong communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage crews and stay organized- Valid driver's license required- Must be willing to work outdoors and handle physical work when needed **Pay based on experience.**Full-time position available.
