Compensation
- Up to $3,000 Weekly Gross
- Taxable Rate: $43.85/hr
- Overtime Rate: $65.78/hr
- Taxable Weekly: $1,754
- Tax-Free Housing & Meals Stipend: $1,246/week
- Blended Hourly Rate: $75.00/hr
- Drive Time: $25/hr between facilities on the same day when documented in Net Health

- Active Occupational Therapist license as applicable
- Relevant OT education and credentials
- Current clinical documentation and patient-care experience
- Rehabilitation experience preferred
- Updated resume required for submission
- Reliant Pre-Screen required
