Position Title: Senior Construction Inspector
Location: Various Project Sites Throughout Miami-Fort Lauderdale areas
Job Type: Full-Time
Reports To:
This position reports functionally Client Representative for functional/project oversight and CES Company Representative employment, performance management, and contractual administration.
Required Skills and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.

8+ years of progressively responsible experience in construction inspection, CEI, or PMCM services on infrastructure/public works projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.

Familiarity with public agency standards (e.g., DOT, municipal, or federal).

Proficiency in inspection and reporting software (e.g., Primavera P6, Procore, e-Builder, FDOT Site Manager, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite).

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
Preferred Certifications
- FDOT CTQP certifications applicable to the discipline (Concrete Field Inspector, Asphalt Roadway Levels I & II, Earthwork, Drilled Shaft, Pile Driving, etc.)
- Advanced MOT/TTC Certification
- NICET, ACI, ICC, IMSA, or equivalent certifications
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
- Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector (FSESCI) certification
