About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our Aftermarket Sales team. This role focuses on supporting and executing Aftermarket Sales initiatives through close collaboration with internal teams and customers. The Aftermarket Sales Associate will contribute to sales planning, customer engagement, and campaign execution while supporting day-to-day sales activities. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and collaborative, with experience in the plumbing or industry a plus. This role is well suited for a self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, supply chain, and operations) to support and execute regional sales and growth initiatives.
- Support pricing discussions and contract development to ensure accuracy, alignment with customer needs, and profitability.
- Provide input and recommendations to support sales strategies and continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct customer visits, deliver product presentations, and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Maintain and update aftermarket sales activity dashboards to support tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Manage assigned accounts by building strong working relationships with internal teams such as product managment, quality, marketing, and procurement to support regional sales growth and performance targets.
- Gather customer and market feedback, including application needs and potential innovation opportunities, and communicate findings to marketing or product management as appropriate.
- Support specialty product growth by identifying opportunities within existing and prospective customer accounts.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management (experience in Manufacturing preferred; plumbing, fluid, or flow systems a plus).
- Strong understanding of product customization and application.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Collaborative team contributor with the ability to work effectively across departments.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer and internal relationships to support sales growth and profitability.
- Experience supporting complex customer accounts and contributing to measurable sales results.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented professional with strong follow-through.
- Creative problem-solver who can evaluate multiple approaches to overcome challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing and delivering technical and business presentations to customers.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
