Commercial real estate company seeks individual to assist with property maintenance. Individual must have experience in property management or a related field. Must be personable, excellent communicator, computer-savvy and a creative problem-solver who exhibits an ownership attitude. Must have valid driver's license. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to service calls/tenant requests
- Minor plumbing & electrical repairs
- Coordination of vendors
- Respond to alarms
- Ensure workplace safety compliance at all locations
- Conduct regular tours of tenant/public areas, mechanical spaces, roofs, and building grounds
- Communicate effectively with coworkers, owners, tenants and vendors; assuring that all aspects of a work request are understood and properly completed

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
