Pharmacy Technicians at our company are the first point of contact for customers experiencing product problems. Our Pharmacy Technicians are expected to describe the nature of the problem to the customer, determine whether or not a return or exchange is necessary and initiate a return or exchange if it is. The successful candidate will be an individual who is calm under pressure and who has strong interpersonal communication skills and an ability to simplify technical language in order to provide superior customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Make sure that the pharmacy is clean and tidy.
- Be able to work with computers, cash registers and other equipment.
- Be able to speak to customers with kind, helpful manner.
- Maintain and restock the pharmacy's inventory.
- Be able to work in a team setting.
- Answer customer questions and provide friendly customer service.
