As our company continues to grow, we're looking for an organized, personable, and motivated Site Manager to help ensure every project exceeds our customers' expectations.

Compensation & Benefits

- $62,750-$78,000 annually (based on experience)

Responsibilities
- Visit active job sites daily.
- Spend approximately 20 hours each week on job sites.
- Maintain job logs and OSHA site documentation.
- Capture before, during, and after project photos using Company Cam Software with proper tagging.
- Ensure every project site meets company cleanliness and OSHA safety standards.
- Report any quality or safety concerns immediately to the Operations Manager.
- Meet with homeowners throughout the project to answer questions and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers upon project completion.
- Collect signed completion forms.
- Collect customer deposits and return them to the office promptly.
- Request customer reviews and referrals following successful project completion.
- Capture customer testimonial photos and videos.
- Verify each job site has required equipment including dumpsters, porta-potties, and company yard signs.
- Pick up and transport company trailers, equipment, and materials as needed.
- Represent Advanced Metal Roofing professionally at every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to tow trailers (or willingness to learn)
- Basic smartphone and technology skills
- Construction or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required
