JANITORIAL / FACILITY UTILITY POSITION
Propose:
We are looking for a skilled Facility Utility personnel, that is interested in a full-time position to help maintain and keep Plant and offices clean. A great Janitorial person needs to be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards.
Job location: Warrensburg Plant: 1301 Stahl Dr. Warrensburg, MO 64093
Clean the plant and office area, this person will be responsible for cleaning the following:
A. Entry, Lobbies, Offices, Conference Rooms, Common Areas, Plant Offices
B. Restrooms, Locker Rooms
C. Break Rooms
D. Lab, Zeiss, Quality
E. Stairs
F. Flexible to do other duties when assigned
Responsibilities:
1. Remove trash daily
2. Clean office daily
3. Clean all bathroom daily
4. Clean all breakrooms daily
5. Floor Scrubber (all aisles plant wide) Daily
6. Clean windows as needed
7. Wax floors on occasion as needed
8. Painting Floors, walls, railings etc.
9. Replacing wall boards
8. Other duties assigned (flexible) as needed
Skills:
1. Able to lift up to 40lbs
2. To work when scheduled
3. Ability to wear PPE including safety boots, safety glasses, ear protection and gloves
4. Able to follow instructions
Reports to - Maintenance Manager
Schedule - Monday – Friday (flexible sometime weekend work)
Job Type - Full-time 40hrs
Hourly Rate - $18.00 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
