Responsibilities
- Administer injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and safety, following all medical protocols and standards.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to assess client goals, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and ongoing skincare routines to maximize results.
- Manage client communication effectively through excellent customer service skills, ensuring a welcoming experience from initial consultation to follow-up visits.
- Engage in social media management by sharing before-and-after photos, promoting services, and building a strong online presence to attract new clients.
- Assist with retail product demos and upselling opportunities to enhance client satisfaction while supporting business growth.
- Collaborate with team members on treatment protocols, promotional events, and continuing education initiatives to stay at the forefront of aesthetic advancements.Qualifications
- Valid nursing license or cosmetology certification with specialized training in aesthetic procedures.
- Proven experience working in the beauty or med spa industry with hands-on injection administration skills.
- Knowledge of botulinum toxin treatment, dermal fillers, chemical peels, esthetic laser treatments, and other non-invasive procedures.
- Strong management skills including appointment scheduling, retail sales, social media management, and client communication.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare instructions.
- Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
