Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and materials handling to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Manage inventory management systems (such as AS400 or similar platforms) to maintain accurate stock levels and facilitate efficient order fulfillment.
- Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse staff, including supervisors and team members, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce errors, and streamline workflows across all operations.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
- Coordinate logistics with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.
- Supervise forklift operations and other heavy lifting equipment while ensuring mechanical knowledge is applied safely during materials handling activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse management or supervisory roles within a distribution or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving processes, and materials handling.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar platforms for inventory control.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating heavy machinery safely.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
- Mechanical aptitude with an understanding of warehouse equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.

Pay: $54,059.05 - $65,103.37 per year
