Cummings & Lockwood's Private Clients Group seeks a candidate with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in trust and estate planning and administration for their Palm Beach Gardens office. Candidates must have experience drafting estate planning documents, handling estate administration, analyzing tax and planning issues surrounding foreign asset ownership and non-US citizenship and/or residency and working with different cultures along with strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing and oral communication skills. LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred and Florida bar required.
