Meet with homeowners to assess roof damage and assist them through the insurance claims process.
Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed damage reports.
Prospect and contact potential customers through canvassing, referrals, and networking.
Coordinate with insurance adjusters during roof inspections.
Collect customer payments and maintain accurate sales documentation.
Attend weekly team meetings with the Sales Manager to track goals and performance.

Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or home improvement sales preferred.
Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
