Develop and execute a comprehensive corporate fleet strategy across all dealership locations
Drive revenue growth through commercial, municipal, government, and rental fleet sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, municipalities, vendors, and OEM representatives
Oversee fleet inventory acquisition, allocation, and lifecycle management
Analyze market trends, manufacturer incentives, and regional demand to maximize profitability
Partner with General Managers and executive leadership to align fleet goals with overall store performance
Negotiate large-scale fleet contracts and pricing agreements
Monitor and manage KPIs including volume, margin, retention, and account growth
Ensure compliance with manufacturer programs and regulatory requirements
Lead, mentor, and develop fleet managers and related staff across all locations
Identify new revenue channels and strategic partnerships to expand market presence
