About the Role
We are looking for a confident, motivated Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team. This assistant will work directly with both of our doctors Dr.Lambert and Dr.Sipe supporting them in all pediatric procedures, and ensuring every patient and parent has a positive, comfortable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chairside during pediatric procedures, including exams, cleanings, and restorative treatments.
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and sterilization processes.
- Support patients and families to create a child-friendly, welcoming experience.
- Follow infection control, safety protocols, and office policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to expand skills and knowledge.
- Chairside assisting for frenectomies is a huge plus
Qualifications
- Prior dental assisting experience preferred; new graduates with strong potential and eagerness to learn are welcome.
- Confident in a very fast-paced environment and receptive to feedback.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
- Professional, reliable, and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)
- Pediatric dentistry: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- EFDA Certification (Required)
- Radiology Certification (Required)
