Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link ensuring smooth overnight operations at our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee front desk activities, handle guest inquiries, and perform nightly financial reconciliations to uphold our high standards of hospitality management. Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a warm and professional experience.
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and inquiries with courteous phone etiquette.
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying billing accuracy and updating property management systems PMS (fosse)
- Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and maintenance issues to ensure seamless communication for the day team.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures, demonstrating excellent customer service problem-solving skills.
- Assist with reservation management using hospitality reservation systems, accommodating special requests and ensuring optimal room allocation.
- Maintain clean work area and perform nightly routine cleaning duties.

- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment is highly preferred.
