Brightside Windows is expanding in the Silverdale area and looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our neighborhood outreach team.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to help you build confidence, communication skills, and real sales experience.
What You'll Do
- Talk with homeowners in residential neighborhoods
- Introduce Brightside Windows and our window solutions
- Generate interest and schedule free in-home consultations
- Track appointments and daily activity from your phone
- Work toward individual and team goals
This is an outdoor, field-based canvassing position involving walking neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners face-to-face.

Experience in restaurants, retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, or other people-facing roles can be a great fit, but isn't required.
