Ability to gain experience in different buildings and care teams
Provide direct nursing care under the direction of an RN or physician
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor and document resident conditions
Report changes in condition to the RN and healthcare team
Assist with care planning and implementation
Supervise and support CNAs
Ensure accurate and timely documentation
Follow state, federal, and facility regulations
Promote resident dignity, safety, and quality of care
Active Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
In good standing with the Wisconsin Board of Nursing
Ability to travel
Strong clinical and communication skills
