We are seeking a reliable and friendly Dunkin Crew Member to join our team at our Frankford Ave location in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Dunkin standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Prior experience in a customer service or food service role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Must be at least 16 years of age
