Position Summary
The Production Manager coordinates creative and communications projects from concept through final delivery across print, digital, web, multimedia, marketing, and promotional channels. This role manages workflows, timelines, approvals, vendor relationships, production logistics, and project documentation to ensure work is delivered efficiently and aligned with organizational goals, brand standards, accessibility, and audience needs. The Production Manager oversees copyediting, proofreading, and content review to ensure materials are clear, accurate, consistent, and ready for production. This position collaborates with creative staff, internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, agencies, freelancers, and production partners while supporting improvements to creative operations and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing creative projects across print, digital, web, and multimedia from concept through final delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, workflows, priorities, and deliverables using Asana and other collaborative tools to keep work on track.
- Facilitate communication, feedback, approvals, and collaboration among creative, program teams, leadership, and stakeholders.
- Oversee production logistics for creative assets and promotional materials, including estimates, budgets, proofs, specifications and approvals.
- Manage vendors, printers, and production partners to ensure timely, high-quality, brand-aligned deliverables.
- Review, copyedit, proofread, and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, accessibility, messaging alignment and brand consistency.
- Maintain project documentation, creative assets, templates, production files, and workflow resources to support efficient team operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements that streamline communication, collaboration, and production efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
