We are currently seeking Full-Time Line Cooks for CV Steak at the Carson Valley Inn.

Line Cook Description:
- Responsible for maintaining Restaurant service standards, including food safety and sanitation standards.
- Responsible for preparing superior food quality items in a high volume restaurant to current menu specifications for guests.
Requirements:
- Previous high volume experience in Hotel/Casino restaurants preferred
- Possess and maintain culinary tools to perform the necessary job functions.
- Able to work at a high rate of speed and accuracy.
- Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and work well under pressure.
- Team player
- Able to lift 50 plus pounds on occasion
- Must be able to read, speak, understand and write English.
