- This position requires following sorting and pricing standards, even when they may be different from how you personally would do it. If a manager corrected the way you sorted, priced, or handled an item, how do you respond to corrective training? It takes a good 6 months of training in this position.
- After reading the description of this job, what part of the position do you think would be the hardest for you: the physical work, the messy donations, the fast pace, the people, the repetitive tasks, or the noise/chaos? Please explain.

- Donations come in quickly, and not every item will be clean, organized, or easy to sort. How do you handle fast-paced work that can feel repetitive, messy, or overwhelming?
- How do you handle working with team members who you feel may not be pulling their weight?
- Caring Heart depends on employees being honest with donations, pricing, purchases, and store items. Have you ever worked somewhere that required handling donated goods, merchandise, money, or inventory? If yes, what did you do?
