Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining professionalism.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with office management tasks to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Review documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist in a legal setting or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrate capability in office management and clerical tasks.
