ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare and set up meeting rooms according to event specifications, including furniture arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and catering support.
Coordinate and provide food and beverage services for meetings, including breakfasts, lunches, refreshments, and catered events.
Conduct regular inspections of conference rooms, office spaces, pantry areas, and kitchens to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of supplies.
Support operational service requests, including supply deliveries, event support, equipment setup, and other hospitality-related tasks.
Provide support for occasional after-hours events, including setup, coordination, service, and breakdown activities.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of work experience required; hospitality, food & beverage, hotel, or client service experience preferred. Experience in professional office hospitality or conference services is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
The Compensation range for this role is 23.00 to 27.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
