We are seeking an Executive Project Manager to oversee large-scale solar projects, mentor project teams, and ensure safe, timely, and profitable project delivery. This is a leadership role that requires a balance of technical knowledge, project management expertise, and strong relationship-building skills.
What You’ll Do
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Mentor, coach, and develop Project Engineers and emerging leaders on your team.
- Oversee project planning, execution, financials, risk management, and reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior-level client and stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, contracts, and quality expectations.
- Track and report on project costs, forecasts, and timelines while driving operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to implement best practices and standardize processes across teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in construction project management, with at least 1 year in a senior role. Solar, renewable energy, or electrical construction experience strongly preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of solar PV systems (rooftop, ground-mount, carport/canopy), electrical and structural drawings, and project financials.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and develop teams, drive results, and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Communication: Excellent ability to foster relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Organization: Skilled in operational planning, prioritization, and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
