Job Title: Scrum Master / IT Project Coordinator

Summary:
· The IT Project Coordinator (Contract-to-Hire) supports delivery execution for Client’s bespoke Commercial Genetics ERP solution by coordinating planning, agile ceremonies, and delivery hygiene across stakeholders.
· Experience working in agile environments supporting IT delivery (coordination, backlog support, and/or project coordination).
· The role maintains delivery cadence by managing schedules, facilitating communication, and ensuring clear documentation of decisions, actions, and deliverables.
· The position supports backlog quality by grooming and organizing work in Jira, consolidating duplicates, and ensuring items are associated to the correct Stories and Epics for prioritization review.
· The role partners with product and delivery leadership to ensure work items are written with sufficient clarity (e.g., reproducible steps for bugs and clear “today vs. tomorrow” narratives for enhancements).
· The coordinator also supports operational execution including budget/invoice/PO support, vendor coordination, release/change coordination, and UAT coordination. Success requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in agile environments, and effective collaboration using Jira and Confluence.
· Backlog grooming and work-item hygiene; strong documentation and follow-up discipline.
Preferred: Experience with release/change coordination and UAT coordination; familiarity with procurement processes (invoices/POs) and vendor coordination
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
