Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dynamic part time or full time Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive store success. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain optimal inventory levels. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all store activities, including sales and customer service.
- Train, and develop team members to foster a high-performing restaurant environment.
- Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement operational procedures for store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company policies.
- Drive sales management initiatives through effective team leadership and customer engagement strategies.
Skills
- Proven management experience within the restaurant industry with a focus on sales team leadership and store operations.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
