Part-Time Home Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and dependable Part-Time Home Manager to help keep our household running smoothly. This role is primarily focused on household management, organization, errands, and coordinating home services, with limited support.
The ideal candidate takes initiative, has excellent attention to detail, and enjoys creating an organized, well-run home.
ResponsibilitiesHome Management
- Keep the home organized, tidy, and well stocked.
- Manage laundry, dishes, dry cleaning, trash, recycling, and household supplies.
- Grocery shop and prepare 2–3 family dinners per week.
- Handle mail, returns, packages, and online household orders.
- Coordinate household vendors and services, including cleaning, lawn, pool, pest control, HVAC, repairs, and deliveries.
- Oversee service appointments and provide access to vendors when needed.
- Track household service expenses and handle routine household payments.
- Maintain family calendars and schedule appointments.
- Run occasional household errands and anticipate upcoming needs.
Family Support
- Provide limited teenager support , including occasional transportation to school, appointments, and activities.
- Help manage school and activity logistics and keep calendars updated.
- Prepare snacks and help with meals.
- Provide occasional evening, weekend, or overnight coverage as needed.
Pet Care
- Feed and walk two dogs.
- Keep food and water bowls clean.
- Coordinate or transport dogs to veterinary and grooming appointments.
- Coordinate dog sitting when needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a home manager, household assistant, personal assistant, nanny/house manager, or similar role.
- College students are welcome to apply
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and anticipate needs.
- Comfortable coordinating vendors and managing household logistics.
- Trustworthy and discreet.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Comfortable caring for dogs.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time, primarily weekdays, with occasional evening or weekend flexibility.
Competitive hourly pay based on experience, plus mileage reimbursement.
No benefits are offered.
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
