We are looking for dedicated, detail oriented professionals reliable and enthusiastic about working as a team with our other kitchen staff. The ideal candidate will be personable, polite, and capable of handling multiple tasks without supervision.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes
Operating and maintaining deep fryers and other kitchen equipment.
Ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked with ingredients and supplies.
Ensuring that food is prepared in a timely manner and meets customer expectations
Ensuring proper food handling and storage
Cleaning up the kitchen and maintaining a safe and clean work environment
Must be able to take direction.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18+ years
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
A food handler card is required
Organizational/tidiness skills - always keep your workstation clean and organize
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Able to communicate in English or Chinese
Chinese language is a plus
