Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
Domino’s is seeking dedicated Class A Commercial Truck Drivers to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will safely operate company-owned commercial vehicles along designated routes to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza store locations. Drivers are responsible for unloading products at each store, providing excellent customer service, collecting empty trays and carts, and returning them to the Domino’s Supply Chain Center.
- Drivers are compensated based on weight and mileage.
- First-year earnings: $95,000–$105,000
- Top earners: Up to $170,000 annually
Schedule & Route Structure
- Dispatch Times: 5:00 PM for Over-the-Road (OTR) routes; 3:00 AM for Local routes
- Weekly Schedule Examples:
- 2 OTR routes
- 2 Local + 1 OTR route
- 4 Local routes
- Flexibility to work local and OTR routes is required.

We service Domino’s Pizza stores across:
- Minnesota (MN)
- Wisconsin (WI)
- Upper Peninsula of Michigan (MI)
- Nebraska (NE)
- South Dakota (SD)
- North Dakota (ND)
Additional Responsibilities
- May be required to shuttle trailers between partner facilities or position trailers at dock doors.
- All tasks must be performed in accordance with Domino’s safety standards, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum age: 21 years
- At least 6 months of verifiable CMV driving experience (1 year preferred)
- Valid Class A CDL with Air Brake endorsement
- Current DOT Medical Certification
- Must meet Domino’s Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards
- Successful completion of DOT physical and background check
- Ability to work in environments with yeast and flour exposure
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
- Heavy pushing/pulling of product
- Work in refrigerated conditions (33–38°F), outdoor weather, and noisy environments
