Our Stylists are our front line and the people who help all of our customers put outfits together, or find the perfect gift. This position can be part-time or full-time. You must have some weekend availability and be open to working some holidays, but we can be very flexible with scheduling.
What You Will Do:
- Your main focus is to work the sales floor and build lasting relationships with our guests
- Help our guests put together complete outfits for their event, or everyday
- Keep the sales floor tidy, clean and organized
- Make our mannequins look cute, help with window displays, and merchandising the sales floor
- Check out our guests on the computer till
Must Haves:
- An awareness of fashion and trends, willing to try new outfit ideas
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Highly coachable, and open to feedback and growth
- Adaptable and able to work in an ever-changing environment
- Effective multi-tasker, able to juggle multiple things at once
- Thrives on a fast-paced work environment
- Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays
