HobanPT is looking for a kind, caring, detail-oriented person to help grow a brand new Physical Therapy clinic in Ann Arbor as our Office Manager! (Company owner has owned/run PT clinics in AA for over 20 years.)
We're looking for an operations leader who wants to help create an extraordinary patient experience. You'll work directly with the owner to build systems, improve operations, and shape the future of a growing practice. Responsibilities
- Patient experience
- Insurance verification
- Prior authorizations
- Front desk operations
- Revenue cycle management
- Billing oversight
- Scheduling optimization
- New patient conversion
- Credentialing
- Compliance coordination
- KPI reporting
Prefer 3-5 years of experience with the majority of above - or willing to learn some of it quickly.
Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour
