Duties
- Distribute flyers and promotional materials door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods or public areas to maximize outreach.
- Engage with community members through friendly conversations to promote brand awareness and gather feedback.
- Conduct canvassing campaigns by visiting businesses, residential areas, or events to introduce our services or products.
- Assist in setting up outdoor promotional events or booths to attract attention and generate leads.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company at all times.
- Track and report on outreach activities, including number of flyers distributed and community responses.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize marketing strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
Experience
- Previous experience in field sales, canvassing, or outdoor marketing is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities within the team.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively.
- Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with the public confidently and clearly.
- Experience in customer service or door-to-door sales helps build rapport quickly and handle inquiries professionally.
