Overview
We are seeking skilled Facilities Maintenance professionals including Boiler Operators, Plumbers, Electricians, Steam Fitters, Fire Alarm Technicians, and Linesmen to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will ensure the safe, efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems and infrastructure. Your expertise will help maintain optimal facility performance while supporting safety standards and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain boilers, HVAC systems, electrical panels, plumbing networks, fire alarm systems, and other building infrastructure with precision and care
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, system design documents, CAD drawings, and construction plans to execute maintenance tasks accurately
- Conduct routine inspections of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, fire sprinkler fittings, sensors, low voltage systems, and alarm components to identify issues early
- Perform construction inspections and assist with system upgrades or installations following NEC (National Electrical Code) standards and safety protocols
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to troubleshoot problems and carry out repairs efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system modifications, inspections, and repairs for compliance and future reference
- Collaborate with team members on service projects involving fire alarm sales or fire sprinkler fitting to ensure quality installation and ongoing system performance
Requirements
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance roles such as boiler operation, plumbing, electrical work or steam fitting with a strong mechanical knowledge base
- Ability to read schematics, blueprints, CAD drawings and construction documents accurately
- Familiarity with fire alarm systems including sensors, low voltage wiring, alarms integration and fire sprinkler fitting procedures
- Knowledge of NEC (National Electrical Code), system design principles and construction inspection standards
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools (including power drills), field service equipment and testing devices
- Electrical experience with troubleshooting wiring issues or sensor calibration is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of construction processes related to facility upgrades or repairs involving service technician experience is a plus

Pay: $35.00 - $65.00 per hour
