Who we ARE;
We are a small plastics manufacturer, privately owned, dedicated to producing plastic products of good quality, on time at a fair price. We have been producing for 18 years, growing every year. Looking for a responsible, self-motivated, team member with excellent mechanical skills and the ability to excel in a production environment. Who we are NOT;
An ivory tower organization with multiple layers of clueless management demanding the truly skilled to do things the wrong way because some spreadsheet or board member says so…
We DO NOT require a degree or any other paper qualification. We do not believe that systems or schooling can ever replace intellect, ingenuity and integrity.
We do not live and die by the alphabet soup of acronyms or programs embraced by large corporations such as Kaiban, Kaizen, statistic quality control or Scientific Injection Mold Certification, 6S, 5S, Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO 9001 Quality adherence, SPC systems, Master Production Schedule (MPS), Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), tooling correction requests (TCRs), IQMS Knowledge, RJG Certification, maintenance correction requests (MCRs), ERP solution software, LEAN Manufacturing, RJG Certification, DSC, TGA, WCM (Flux), SPC/Statistical Analysis/DOE, Cp, Cpk, Pp, Ppk, FMEA’s and QCP’s for NPI, IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, APQP, RCCM, NPI, VSM, SIPOC, Visual Management, RCCM…

Any experience in machining, CNC, mold making, fabrication and design is very desirable. Some computer skills are helpful. Bi-lingual is an asset. Must be self-motivated!
Just as important as the technical skills is the ability to work with team members on a diverse mix of challenges on a daily basis. Communication and awareness of the overall shop condition at all times is critical. Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is essential.
