We're looking for a friendly, organized, and service oriented Guest Relations Associate who is passionate about creating a welcoming environment and delivering outstanding customer care.
Position Summary
As a Guest Relations Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guests. You'll manage appointments, assist with retail sales, answer phones, and help ensure daily operations run smoothly while maintaining the high standards of hospitality Rain Salon & Spa is known for.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text inquiries.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments accurately.
- Recommend salon and spa products and services based on guest needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area.
- Support stylists, spa providers, and nail techs throughout the day.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Help maintain inventory and restock retail displays as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or receptionist experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Schedule
- Part-time: 20-35 hours per week
- Full-time: 36–40 hours per week
- Weekday availability preferred
- weekends as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
