ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hand trim plants with care and accuracy
- Producing Pre-rolls with care and accuracy
- Package all product to industry/company standards and compliance
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and compliance requirements and goals
- Demonstrated high attention to detail
- Perform curing and farming duties as assigned by Production Manager
- Ability to remain flexible and willing to assist on other projects as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or GED equivalency
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to operate and adhere to the highest standards of compliance and professionalism.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Compensation: $16/hour

WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- This role requires regular and on-time attendance
- Must be able to work 8-12 hours a day
- Ability to be on feet; standing, walking majority of shift
- Use of hands, wrists, arms for long periods of time
- Bending, lifting, squatting
- Safe use of company provided tools and equipment
- Standard schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
- Overtime may be required for periods of time based on production demands
