Medical Assistant (PRN/Part Time) — Ketamine West, Montrose
Ketamine West is looking for a PRN/Part Time Medical Assistant to join our Montrose clinic, supporting clients undergoing ketamine treatment for conditions like treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and anxiety. Administrative & Clinic Support
- Answer phones, manage messages, coordinate scheduling
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR

- 1–2 years in a patient-facing healthcare setting
- Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable with people who may be nervous or emotional
- Comfortable with EHR systems and basic office software
- Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA
Note: CNA certification does not meet the scope requirements for this role and will not be considered.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE & COMPENSATION
- Non-exempt, hourly employee
- PRN / as-needed status
- Not benefits-eligible — this role is intended for someone seeking flexible, as-needed hours rather than full-time employment
- Overtime paid per applicable federal and Colorado wage and hour law

- Manual dexterity for equipment and documentation
- Ability to stand for extended periods; occasional lifting/moving of supplies
