An established Infectious Disease physician is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide part-time inpatient hospital coverage as an independent contractor (1099).
this opportunity is ideal for an NP who enjoys hospital medicine and is looking for flexible supplemental work with a collaborative physician practice.
Position Highlights

Inpatient rounding and hospital patient management
Collaborative practice with an experienced ID physician
Stable, established patient population
Consistent ongoing coverage- not a temporary locums assignment
Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
Qualifications
Current California Nurse Practitioner License
National certification
Hospital-based clinical experience preferred
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the supervising physician
Strong clinical judgement, communication, and documentation skills
Current DEA registration ( if applicable)
