We are searching for an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform building maintenance and repairs for our Apartment Communities here in Bakersfield. Apartment Maintenance experience is not required. The Ideal candidate would have experience in the following skills:
Plumbing Repair (Toilets, Sinks, Faucets, Tubs, Garbage Disposals)
Electrical Repair (Light Switches, Outlets, Ceiling Fans)
Carpentry Repair (Doors, Drawers, Cabinets, Locks)
Appliance Repair (Dishwasher, Stove, Refrigerator, Washer, and Dryer)
This position is Full-Time / 40 hours a week Monday - Friday. WEEKENDS OFF!!
