Ark Health Insurance Agency is actively seeking motivated, goal-oriented Licensed Health & Life Insurance Agents to join our growing remote sales team.
This opportunity is ideal for agents who are driven by performance, enjoy helping clients navigate their insurance options, and want the ability to earn based on their results.
Applicants may reside anywhere in the United States; however, an active Florida Health Insurance License is required.
What You’ll Do
- Consult with prospective clients regarding their health insurance needs
- Present and enroll eligible individuals into Medicare Advantage and other health insurance products
- Educate clients on available coverage options
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Follow all carrier and regulatory compliance requirements
- Consistently work toward individual production goals

Compensation
Agents work with qualified inbound leads and are compensated on a per-enrollment basis. Compensation currently ranges from $125–$200 per approved Medicare Advantage (MAPD) enrollment, depending on production and performance metrics.
Top-performing agents have the opportunity to increase their earnings through strong conversion rates, consistent production, and effective client engagement.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
