Responsibilities
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide prompt, friendly service at the beer stand or bar area.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including craft beers and specials
- Manage POS system to process orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties..
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during high-volume events and manage time effectively to meet service demands.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in food service, hospitality, or retail environments; fine dining or banquet experience is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations.
- Experience with serving alcohol responsibly and understanding beverage laws is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude to support a lively stadium atmosphere.
